ReliefU may verify license numbers and identity before allowing a Pharmacist to start a shift, but:

The Pharmacist remains solely responsible for ensuring they are legally authorized to practice.

7.1 Payment Structure
Platform Fees:
- 9% platform fee + 2.9% payment processing fee (Stripe) on completed shifts
- No shift posting fee - posting shifts is free
- No subscriptions upfront - no monthly or annual subscription fees required
Fees are calculated and deducted automatically from completed shift payments. The remaining amount is paid to the Pharmacist.
7.2 Cancellation Fees for Pharmacy Owners
Pharmacy Owners have the ability to edit or delete shifts at any time. However:
If a shift has been matched with a Pharmacist and is subsequently cancelled by the Owner, a cancellation fee of $50 will be charged.
This fee helps ensure reliability and compensates Pharmacists for their time commitment. Shifts that are cancelled before being matched incur no fee.
7.3 Cancellation Policy for Pharmacists
Pharmacist cancellations are monitored to maintain platform reliability and fairness.
Important:
- Pharmacists are not charged a cancellation fee
- However, constant or excessive cancellations are monitored
- Repeated cancellations may result in:
- Account flagging
- Account termination
- Permanent ban from the Platform
We encourage Pharmacists to only accept shifts they can commit to completing.
7.4 Payout Cycle
Pharmacist payouts are processed on a regular schedule:
- Payouts occur every Monday for completed shifts from the previous week
- Payout status and history can be tracked transparently in the app dashboard
- Payouts may experience delays due to:
- Banking processing times (varies by financial institution)
